What ToonBee AI is and how a video gets made

ToonBee AI is a browser-based AI cartoon video generator. Its sales page describes three clicks: describe your idea or paste a script, generate, then download or edit. In between, it builds the four parts of a cartoon for you:

1. Storyboard: your script split into scenes.
2. Characters: a cast it keeps consistent from scene to scene.

So three sets of numbers sit side by side: a $77 monthly plan, a $67 one-time offer, and upgrades and add-ons offered during or after checkout. Taking the monthly plan with both checkout add-ons comes to $141 on the first payment. Reddit buyers who stacked the founders offer, Pro and add-ons report totals from about $230 to over $700.

The pages also lean on urgency. The founders page advertises 81% off, a three-minute checkout timer restarts every time you click a buy button, and the countdown on the Pro page starts again on each visit. Neither the monthly plan nor the founders offer states a monthly credit allowance; the founders page mentions a one-time bonus of 500 credits.

"Unlimited" videos: the claim vs. what users get

The sales page promises unlimited toon videos. The terms draw the line differently: the standard license lets you make unlimited videos, but the AI generations inside them run on credits, and the standard license does not include unlimited credits. A separate Lifetime Credits upgrade gives 10,000 credits a year. A fair-use section lets ToonBee add caps, rate limits or cooldowns without notice, and says it takes priority over words such as "unlimited" or "lifetime" in the marketing.

That gap is the most common complaint. Most YouTube reviews are short walkthroughs. Besides the two "unlimited" videos above, I Read ToonBee's Terms of Service goes through the same credit and fair-use terms. Before you pay, check which of the three prices you are getting, how many credits come with it, and whether you will need Pro for the formats you publish in.
